Blackrock is to acquire 10% of Circles IPO shares. The stable coin issuer is seeking to raise as much as $624M in the offering. Blackrock manages a government money market fund on Circle's behalf that holds 90% of the reserves backing USDC stable coin. According to filings the Circle Reserve Fund holds 30 Billion in net assets.
