A federal judge has dismissed some charges in the SEC's lawsuit against Binance and founder CZ but allowed others to proceed. The judge ruled that charges related to Binance's ICO, ongoing sales of the BNB token, BNB Vault, staking services, failure to register, and fraud can continue, while charges tied to secondary BNB sales and Simple Earn were dismissed.
