The SEC has received a proposal for the Franklin Templeton Bitcoin & Ethereum Crypto Index ETF, which aims to provide investors with exposure to both tokens without directly holding them. The ETF will include Bitcoin, Ethereum, cash, and short-term instruments, managed by BNY Mellon and Coinbase Custody. It seeks to reflect the CF Institutional Digital Asset Index and will issue shares in blocks of 50,000, without engaging in staking. The proposal highlights existing oversight agreements to ensure secure trading of the underlying assets. Source: Crypto Briefing
