Los Angeles: According to SoCal weather reports, the region is bracing for its first storm of the season with predictions of approximately a foot of snow for the mountains and rain in other parts of the region. The storm will continue to bring snow and rain to SoCal throughout Monday. Late Sunday night, the storm announced its arrival with flashes of lightening and loud thunder, along with bursts of torrential downpours, wind and scattered hail. The storm is predicted to be mostly cleared out by Tuesday.
