Los Angeles: A man swam in MacArthur Park Lake Tuesday morning at 3:58 a.m, and was rescued by the Los Angeles Fire Department with a small boat approximately an hour later. The unidentified man in his 40s, was stranded on a buoy in the middle of the lake while crews worked to deploy their rescue boat. The man was transported to a local area hospital for evaluation, but showed no obvious signs of trauma.
