Man Climbs Modesto Water Tower
Man gets help from authorities and medics after climbing water tower near 10th and D Streets.
Modesto: A man climbed the Modesto water tower near 10th and D Streets. Authorities were able to safely negotiate with him. The man was later helped by medics at the scene. Modesto Police Department, Modesto Fire Department, Modesto Rescue, and AMR all responded to the incident.
