Santa Monica: An unidentified pedestrian was struck and killed by an apparent hit-and-run driver in Santa Monica late Saturday evening, and authorities have confirmed the pedestrian was hit by a second vehicle while in the street. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the location of the incident on 10th Street and Pico Boulevard, according to the Santa Monica Police Department. The fatal collision was reported at 8:05 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021.

The Santa Monica Police Department's Major Accident Response Team is investigating the incident which will include speaking to witnesses and checking surveillance video in the area, according to SMPD.
