Vehicle vs. Pedestrian Fatal Collision in Palmdale
A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle at the intersection of Sierra Highway north of Avenue S in Palmdale Wednesday night.
Palmdale: Around 9:08 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 25, Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies and Los Angeles County firefighters responded to a collision involving a vehicle versus pedestrian at the intersection of Sierra Highway north of Avenue S.
The driver stayed at the scene of the collision and cooperated with law enforcement. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene. Access to the road was blocked while investigation of the collision was conducted.
