In addition to walking out with franchise legend Jose Bautista, the country music sensation also donned a throwback Roy Halladay jersey at his Rogers Centre show on Friday night.

Country music star Morgan Wallen continued his "I'm the Problem" tour on Friday night at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Wallen, who is known to have a great love for baseball, walked out with Toronto Blue Jays icon Jose Bautista and also donned a throwback Roy Halladay jersey during the show.

He frequently wears a jersey or shirt of a local team when he performs, and his Thursday show featured him wearing a throwback Tracy McGrady Toronto Raptors jersey. At a recent show in Foxboro, Mass., he wore a Kevin Garnett Celtics jersey.

Current Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman, who is on the road with the team in New York, was happy to see the jersey selection.

Mad respect to @MorganWallen for wearing a Roy Halladay jersey for his concert in Rogers Centre! Real recognize real! #GeauxBlueJays

    About Halladay

One of the best pitchers of the last 30 years, Halladay spent 16 years in the big leagues with the Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies. An eight-time All-Star and a two-time Cy Young winner, he was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2019.

He went 203-105 for his career, pitching to a 3.38 ERA. A workhorse on the mound, he led his league in innings pitched four times, and he led his league in complete games seven times. He had 10 seasons of double-digit wins, including a league-best 22 for Toronto in 2003.

He tragically died in a plane crash in 2017 at the age of 40.

Toronto has moved to four games up on the Yankees in the American League East race, and they are trying to win the division for the first time since 2015.

They'll play the Yankees again on Saturday afternoon at 1:05 p.m. ET. Max Scherzer will pitch for Toronto against reigning American League Rookie of the Year Luis Gil.
