The Minnesota Timberwolves' top star remains on the injury report as the face the Brooklyn Nets on Monday.

The Minnesota Timberwolves will take their three-game road trip to the final two legs, both in New York City, starting in Brooklyn with the Nets. Coming off a 122-105 victory, this team has relied on offensive production from Julius Randle as of late, who has scored 30 or more points in three of his last four contests.

Going up against the Nets, they have struggled to begin the season, but that's expected given the lack of experience and talent on this roster. Therefore, the Timberwolves can't afford to drop this game, even if they are set to play without their star player yet again.

    Timberwolves Injury Report

Continuing to headline the injury report for the Minnesota Timberwolves is star guard Anthony Edwards, who is dealing with a right hamstring strain that took him out of the Timberwolves' 114-110 win over the Indiana Pacers on October 26th.

Based on reporting, it seems as though Edwards could return to the lineup in the middle of November. In those two healthy games that Edwards played in, he averaged 36 points per game, showing another leap in production after establishing himself as a knockdown three-point shooter in the 2024-25 season.

However, if Randle can continue his level of offense production, they should be able to keep ahead in the standings, with contests against the Utah Jazz and Sacramento Kings on the horizon.

As for the other names listed, both Donte DiVincenzo and Rob Dillingham are listed as AVAILABLE and are expected to be wearing face masks. DiVincenzo came over in the Karl-Anthony Towns trade last season, and is currently averaging 13.5 points per game in his six appearances this season.

With Dillingham, the former eighth overall pick that Minnesota traded up to get, has yet to really showcase the production you'd expect for someone of his draft stock. In four appearances this year, he's averaging 4.0 points and 2.8 assists per game. Mike Conley is set to expire at the end of the season, and Minnesota is anxious to see if there's a real future with Dillingham.

For the other players listed on the report, both Enrique Freeman and Rocco Zikarsky will be OUT, as they will be fulfilling their duties in the G League.

Tip-off in Brooklyn is set for 7:00 p.m. EST, as the Timberwolves will look to continue their high-scoring offense against a Brooklyn team that has allowed opponents to score 130 or more three times in their first four games of the season.
