
After its 56-6 annihilation of UCLA on Saturday, Indiana remained ranked No. 2 in The Associated Press poll and USA Today Coaches' Poll.
Indiana (8-0, 5-0 Big Ten) continues to hold its highest ranking ever. It sits below Ohio State (7-0, 4-0 Big Ten), which is ranked No. 1. The Buckeyes are coming off a bye week.
Ohio State and Indiana aren't on each other's regular-season schedules this year, but the teams would play in the Big Ten championship on Dec. 6 if they win out in November. Indiana has never played in the Big Ten championship game.
Indiana travels to face Maryland (4-3, 1-3 Big Ten) this week.
