As Kansas State comes off its biggest win of the season, it is also making off-field moves to bolster the future roster. The Wildcats made an offer to Northwest Mississippi defensive lineman Jaylen Thomas. Thomas has 21 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks in his career.

"After a great Conversation with Coach Mike Tuiasosopo, I’m Blessed to say that I have received an offer from Kansas State," Thomas tweeted.

Thomas also received offers from Kansas, Tennessee, and Sacramento State. He's based out of Memphis, TN.

VITALS: Kansas State is coming off a decisive victory against TCU Saturday evening, extending its positive trend over the past month. Meanwhile, Kansas lost a tough game against Big 12 juggernauts Texas Tech. The Jayhawks were overcoming a 21-point deficit until they were once again gashed on the ground. This time, it was backup quarterback Will Hammond and running back Cameron Dickey, who combined for 324 rushing yards and four touchdowns.

With K-State running back Joe Jackson slowly transitioning into the primary rusher, Kansas could be the perfect team to capitalize against.
