Former Notre Dame great Joe Alt — the fifth-overall pick of the Los Angeles Chargers in 2024 — has struggled to stay healthy this season. He missed three games earlier with an ankle injury, and then got hurt again on Sunday in Nashville during the Chargers' game with the Tennessee Titans.
