The Oklahoma State Cowboys beat the Panthers, Wednesday night, 94-67, to extend their win streak to three to open the season.

    STILLWATER, Okla. –

The Oklahoma State Men’s Basketball team never let up against Prairie View A&M Panthers  on Wednesday night. Though, credit to the Panthers as they fought, scratched and battled in both halves against the Cowboys, inside Gallagher-Iba Arena, on the Cowboys’ Military Appreciation Night.

The now, 3-0, Cowboys men’s basketball team, were, again, led by sophomore guard, Vyctorious Miller, who scored a career high 30 points. Miller manned the front and the Pokes punched Prairie View A&M for a 94-67 win on Wednesday Night.

The 30 points for Vyctorious was a career high and the Cowboys remain victorious on the season. Miller hit 8 of 12 shots from the field, including 5 of 8 from 3-point territory. He had another nine points at the free-throw line with two misses.

The Iranian Cowboy, Parsa Fallah, was the only other Poke in double figures and finished with 10 points, 7 boards and added a block and a steal.

The Pokes led 46-32 at halftime, while Miller added 18 in the first 20 minutes and went 62.5% from the three-point line for the game.

The Cowboys opponent, the Prairie View A&M Panthers, gave the Cowboys a challenge throughout the entire game. Panthers senior guard, Tai’Reon Joseph added 16 points, five boards and two assists on the night. The Panthers, as a team, shot 39.1% from the floor and went 37.5% from the three-point line, and committed two less turnovers than the Cowboys, 12 to 14. However, the Cowboys would win the battle of the boards, outrebounding the Panthers 54 to 31.

    Further notes:

Oklahoma State trailed 15-14 midway through the first half butwent on an 11-0 run to take a 31-18 lead. The Cowboys never led by fewer than 10 from that point on and have now won their first three games by at least 24 points. Robert Jennings II led the Cowboys in rebounding with 8 and Christian Coleman tied the game high assist total with 4. The Cowboys would outscore the Panthers in the first half by 14 and outscore them in the second half by 13, though Prairie View A&M made the game feel closer than the 27-point victory allowed.
