Both the Chicago Bears and New Orleans Saints revealed their injury reports on Friday ahead of Sunday's game at Soldier Field.
For Chicago, the Bears got some great news on receiver DJ Moore and offensive lineman Jonah Jackson, as both didn't have an injury designation. Unfortunately, the team will be without kicker Cairo Santos for another game with a right thigh injury.
New Orleans also got some key players back ahead of Sunday, with running back Alvin Kamara and receiver Chris Olave without injury designations, via LouisianaSports.net's Ross Jackson.
Kamara didn't practice on Wednesday with an ankle injury but was limited on Thursday and a full participant on Friday. Olave had been dealing with a hip injury and was limited on Wednesday but was a full participant on Thursday and Friday.
Saints' defensive lineman Davon Godchaux and cornerback Alontae Taylor were also cleared for action. Godchaux used his rest day on Wednesday, and Taylor was listed on the report with a knee injury, but both are good to go for New Orleans.
Cornerback Isaac Yiadom is questionable with a hamstring injury and defensive tackle John Ridgeway III is as well, but with a shoulder injury.
Kamara has played in every game for New Orleans this season and leads the team with 314 rushing yards and one touchdown. Olave has not missed a game yet either and is the team's receiving yards leader at 342 with one touchdown.
The only other player on the Bears' roster who is out, besides Santos, is linebacker Noah Sewell, who has a concussion. Defensive lineman Grady Jarrett (knee), defensive lineman Austin Booker (knee), linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga (knee) and running back D'Andre Swift (groin) are all questionable.
With Santos out, the Jake Moody saga will continue for now. Head coach Ben Johnson revealed in a recent press conference that Santos will return to handling kicking duties once healthy. Moody kicked for the Bears in the 25-24 win over the Washington Commanders, hitting a 38-yard game-winning field goal.
Fans will be hoping that Swift is able to return to action after his incredible performance on Monday Night Football. He set a season-high in rushing yards with 108 against the Commanders, and had 67 receiving yards, including a 55-yard touchdown to make it 24-22 late.
Chicago's rushing attack finally showed some improvement, but it is still 18th in the NFL in rushing yards per game (110.8).
The Bears and Saints kick off at noon CT on Fox.
