The Cleveland Browns definitely need to add some weapons.

The Cleveland Browns definitely need a quarterback, but they also need to actually have some weapons for whoever will be under center for them in 2026, whether that's Dillon Gabriel, Shedeur Sanders or a rookie.

The Browns inexplicably chose not to select a wide receiver in the 2025 NFL Draft, which has put them in quite the precarious position when it comes to their current receiving corps.

Hopefully, Cleveland gets wiser and nabs at least one wide out in the draft next April, and Bleacher Report's NFL Scouting Department has already identified a potential solution for the Browns: Arizona State Sun Devils star Jordyn Tyson.

Tyson has caught 57 passes for 628 yards and eight touchdowns thus far this season and is widely viewed as the top receiver in the upcoming 2026 draft class.

The 21-year-old actually began his collegiate career at Colorado in 2022, but transferred to Arizona State after just one season in Boulder.

Tyson battled knee issues throughout his debut campaign with the Sun Devils, playing in just three games. Last season, however, he broke out by hauling in 75 receptions for 1,101 yards and 10 scores, averaging a healthy 14.7 yards per catch. He has totaled 22 receiving touchdowns throughout his collegiate career.

The Browns are employing Jerry Jeudy as their No. 1 receiver at the moment, and while he finished with over 1,200 yards in his first season with Cleveland last year, he has displayed in 2025 that he is not a true No. 1 receiver.

Outside of Jeudy, the Browns don't even have any other proven options in their wide receiver room. Cedric Tillman was supposed to be the No. 2, but he has been dealing with injuries. Isaiah Bond and Jamari Thrash haven't made much of an impact, and Malachi Corley is an afterthought.

The Browns unquestionably need to bring in some more playmakers for next season, particularly for the aerial attack.

It won't matter who is playing quarterback for Cleveland next year if they don't have anyone to throw to, so the Browns must make adding some receivers a priority in the spring.

That means actually selecting a wide receiver in the NFL Draft this time. They have two first-round picks, so they can nab both a signal-caller and potentially Tyson on Day 1.
