The New York Giants have revealed a big update on Malik Nabers before facing the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.

New York Giants fans were alarmed when it was revealed that wide receiver Malik Nabers had missed practice on Wednesday due to a shoulder injury designation, and Nabers saying "we'll see" when it came to his Week 4 status wasn't exactly soothing.

Well, it appears that Nabers is on track to play against the Los Angeles Chargers, as the star pass-catcher returned to practice on Thursday, via ESPN's Jordan Raanan.

Through the first three games of 2025, Nabers has logged 16 catches for 251 yards and a couple of touchdowns, although most of that production came in Week 2 against the Dallas Cowboys when he totaled nine grabs for 167 yards and a pair of scores.

In the Giants' loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday, Nabers didn't touch the ball until the fourth quarter and ended up with just two grabs for 1`3 yards on seven targets.

The 22-year-old, who played his collegiate football at LSU, was selected by New York with the sixth overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft.

Nabers enjoyed a spectacular rookie campaign, hauling in 109 receptions for 1,204 yards and seven touchdowns while only playing in 13 games.

The youngster will now be catching passes from a new quarterback this weekend, as Jaxson Dart will be replacing Russell Wilson under center for New York. Nabers had a rather comical reaction when asked how he felt about Big Blue's switch under center, too.

Nabers will obviously be instrumental to Dart's growth and development, so having him healthy and ready to go for Dart's debut — and for the remainder of the 2025 campaign — is definitely huge.

New York does not have a whole lot of receiving depth behind Nabers, with Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton representing the Giants No. 2 and 3 options. Both players are decent, but it's debatable as to whether or not either player can represent a truly reliable secondary wide out.

Big Blue has gotten off to an 0-3 start this season, thanks much in part to offensive struggles that have largely plagued the team for years.
