Roundtable Sports has made a big business move that is great news for New York Giants fans.

Roundtable Sports is the most innovative new sports site around, and things are only getting better for the organization. And for journalism in general, both for New York Giants fans and sports fanatics as a whole.

Not only has Roundtable Sports already generated significant interest upon launching last month, but CEO James Heckman is also making big business moves to further propel it.

This week, it was announced that Roundtable has now gone public on the New York Stock Exchange, a major advancement for the company.

It was revealed via press release on Yahoo Finance.

"RYVYL Inc. (NASDAQ: RVYL) ('RYVYL' or the 'Company') today announced it has signed a definitive agreement to merge with privately-held RTB Digital, Inc. ('Roundtable'), a Web3 digital media SaaS technology company, providing white-label, full stack distribution, community, publishing and monetization for major media brands and journalists," the press release said. "Roundtable’s brand, technology and SaaS network will combine with RYVYL’s digital payment infrastructure, to accelerate revenue and distribution growth for Roundtable’s premium media clients, such as Yahoo, TheStreet and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) European Football Club."

The move is expected to be completed before the end of the year.

For as much as they have struggled in recent years, the Giants are one of the largest brands in professional football, so this only means that our coverage of the Giants at Roundtable Sports will expand much further on an international scale thanks to the growth of Roundtable.

Heckman is no stranger to the business world. He had previously founded Maven, which provided distribution, monetization and publishing for 300 brands, including — but not limited to — Sports Illustrated, Maxim, History.com and The Street. Maven ultimately grew into a nine-figure company on the NYSE.

Seeing what Heckman was able to do with other businesses, you can fully expect Roundtable to develop into quite the powerhouse on the sports media space and for it to rival some of the most well-known publications out there.

So, Giants fans, don't waste any more time. Start taking part in our Giants community here at Roundtable, which is sure to become a one-stop shop for Big Blue aficionados.
