This Green Bay Packers star has done quite a bit of talking, but he isn't putting his money where his mouth is, so to speak.

The Green Bay Packers got off to a 2-0 start this season and were looking like the most dominant team in the NFL. Many were already penciling them in for a Super Bowl appearance, and offensive tackle Rasheed Walker declared they could go undefeated.

Then they went and lost to the Cleveland Browns.

To make matters worse, the Packers followed that up by striking a tie with the Dallas Cowboys in Micah Parsons' return to his old stomping grounds, and now, Green Bay sits at 2-1-1 in a wildly competitive NFC North division.

The biggest problem, however, is that Walker himself has seen his production fall off a cliff this season, managing just a 57.6 overall grade at Pro Football Focus.

"According to Pro Football Focus, left tackle Rasheed Walker has allowed a team-high 13 pressures this season," Schneidman wrote. "Walker, who beat out 2024 first-round pick Jordan Morgan for the job in camp despite dealing with a groin injury, is not off to a great start in a contract year. He’s part of the reason Green Bay ranks 29th in the league in pressure percentage allowed (41), which can also be attributed to center Elgton Jenkins’ struggles and several injuries to starters up front."

Walker has typically been very stout in pass protection throughout his NFL career, but he has obviously run into some issues in 2025. And that's after he made his bold proclamation after just two weeks of action.

Of course, Walker is hardly the only individual to blame for the fact that the Packers have not recorded a win since Week 2. But you didn't hear Jordan Love predicting that Green Bay would go 17-0, did you?

Surely, Walker has learned his lesson and will choose his words more carefully going forward. That's the hope, at least. And on top of that, he needs to pick it up in terms of his actual production on the field, because he is actually hurting Love and the offense right now.

The Packers will have a chance to get back on track this Sunday when they face the Joe Burrow-less Cincinnati Bengals.
