The Pete Carroll era in Las Vegas has not gotten off to a promising start. Through four games, the Raiders are 1-3 with the only victory coming in Week 1 against the New England Patriots.

The Raiders have now lost to the Los Angeles Chargers, Washington Commanders and Chicago Bears with two of those losses coming in Las Vegas.

In Week 4, there were some promising signs, especially with rookie running back and No. 6 overall pick Ashton Jeanty playing well.

Jeanty had 21 carries for 138 yards and a score and added two receptions for 17 yards and two touchdowns as he accounted for all three touchdowns for the Raiders.

Unfortunately, it ended in a 25-24 loss at home, and Jeanty didn't seem that thrilled after the game.

"I feels alright I guess, to me it's all about winning and not personal performance. I'm more about winning. Putting Ws on the stat sheet, than my own personal stats," Jeanty said.

Jeanty had just one touchdown combined going into the game, and he had yet to record 100 rushing yards in any game until Week 4.

However, that didn't matter much to Jeanty as he insisted it's all about winning.

The Raiders had a 24-19 lead with less than seven minutes left, but D'Andre Swift scored on a rushing touchdown and the Bears converted the two-point attempt to take the 25-24 lead.

Then, Daniel Carlson's game-winning field goal was blocked, and the Raiders dropped their third straight game as the sour taste will linger for some time.

Still, it's encouraging for Jeanty, especially after the Heisman Trophy runner-up had failed to break free through the first few games.

The Raiders face the Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans over the next two weeks before a showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs, so there is a chance the Raiders get back in the win column before that tough AFC West showdown.
