The Tennessee Titans went with Ohio State WR Carnell Tate at No. 4 overall. 

It wasn't the pick the fans wanted, but a very intriguing one as well. Arvell Reese and Sonny Styles were still available at the time of the pick, but it seems Mike Borgonzi considered Tate as the best player available.
