Former Tennessee Titans quarterback Malik Willis just got his payday, and now he gets his deserved chance to start as well.

He signs a three-year, $67.5 million deal with the Miami Dolphins that includes $45 million fully guaranteed.

It never worked out with the Titans, and I'm not sure it ever was going to, but after spending some time with Matt LaFleur in Green Bay, Willis has done a nice job of developing and making himself one of the best 32 quarterbacks in the NFL, and now he's being paid like it.
