Midfield decimated, attack hit. PSG travels to Le Havre with a depleted 19-man squad, forcing Luis Enrique to strategize with significant absences.

A few hours before the match, the club released the squad selected for Le Havre vs. PSG, which contains only 19 players due to absences affecting the Parisian squad.

PSG's infirmary is rather full at the moment with no less than five players present in the medical update released this Friday, and this is reflected in the squad selected by Luis Enrique for the Le Havre - PSG match this Saturday evening. With all these absentees, and knowing that the U18 team has a decisive match in the Gambardella Cup this Sunday, there are only 19 players selected by the Parisian coach for the short trip to Normandy as part of the 24th round of Ligue 1.

Since there is no bad surprise, the number of absentees is five, with a midfield heavily affected by the forfeits of Fabian Ruiz, Joao Neves, Senny Mayulu, and even Quentin Ndjantou, but the attack is also handicapped by the new forfeit of Ousmane Dembele, still insufficiently recovered from his calf issue.

Consequently, there are only 19 in the squad, including three goalkeepers, and Luis Enrique will therefore have to make do with 16 outfield players this Saturday evening at Stade Oceane. Knowing that there are five possible substitutions and ten starting outfield players at kickoff, practically all could therefore play minutes during this match.

PSG's squad vs. Le Havre:

  • Goalkeepers (3): Safonov, Chevalier, Marin
  • Defenders (7): Marquinhos, Pacho, Hernandez, Zabarnyi, Beraldo, Hakimi, Nuno Mendes
  • Midfielders (3): Vitinha, Zaïre-Emery, Dro
  • Forwards (6): Doue, Kvaratskhelia, Barcola, Ramos, Lee, Mbaye
