A’ja Wilson’s year just keeps getting bigger.

Fresh off leading the Las Vegas Aces to their third WNBA championship in four seasons, Wilson will be honored at Girls Leadership’s Power of Voice Celebration on Nov. 18 in New York City.

She’s being recognized for using her platform to inspire confidence and leadership in girls and gender-expansive youth — adding another milestone to a season where she became the first player in league history to win MVP, Defensive Player of the Year, and Finals MVP in the same year.

Wilson averaged 28.5 points, 11.8 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.0 blocks in the Finals and now owns multiple WNBA postseason records.

Simone Marean, co-founder of Girls Leadership, summed it up perfectly:

“A’ja shows girls everywhere that leadership is built by staying true to yourself, committed to your team, and persistent in your commitment to excellence.”

    So let’s talk:

Where does A’ja Wilson rank all-time among WNBA greats?

What does her recognition from Girls Leadership say about her impact off the court?

Can anyone in today’s game match her dominance right now?

Drop your thoughts below — and tell us what moment from Wilson’s 2025 season stands out the most to you.
