White House crypto and AI czar David Sacks criticized the U.S. government for selling 195,000 confiscated $BTC over the past decade, instead of holding it.
He said “That’s how much it cost American taxpayers not having a long-term strategy.”
Sacks highlighted that the government made only $366 million from the past BTC sales, when today it would be worth over $17 billion.
