Has anyone using coinbase Pro & coinbase? I have a question

I have a COINBASE and COINBASE PRO accounts. Last year they have transferred all my existing crypto tokens from COINBASE PRO to COINBASE. While transferring they have considered the prevailing price during transfer, which is way less than my actual purchase price. 

Issue is if I sell them it will show as profit and end up paying Capital gain taxes, instead of showing loss while filing taxes.

For eg., In COINBASE PRO my average price of EOS token is $3. But when they transferred the tokens from COINBASE PRO to COINBASE , they considered the prevailing price of 0,40 Cents. So now it is showing my AVG price in COINBASE as 0.40. If I sell, I will endup paying Capital Gain Taxes.

I have raised a query to customer support, still waiting for response.

If anyone of you aware of this please suggest.
