Biggest Movers: SOL Hits 6-Week High, Following US Inflation Data

As a result of the markets' reaction to the most recent inflation figures from the United States, Solana moved to a six-week high on Wednesday. The buyer cost record (CPI) tumbled to 5% in Spring, lower than the 5.2% aggregate many had anticipated. Ethereum exemplary likewise moved higher, approaching a multi-week high.

Solana (SOL)

On Wednesday, Solana (SOL) extended its 15% gain from yesterday as the token rose for a fourth consecutive session. SOL/USD surged to an intraday high of $24.34 earlier today, a day after the price hit a low of $22.42. Following today's surge, SOL reached its highest level since February 21 when it traded at a high of $24.71.

Ethereum Classic (ETC)

As prices reached a new multi-month high, Ethereum classic (ETC) continued to trade in the green in today's session. As of this writing, ETC/USD has risen to a high of $22.18, up from a low of $20.75 on Tuesday.
