Actually yes, yes it does now that Dirty Gary Gensler stated that PoS ETH is now likely an illegal security, no institution will invest in something that is no longer given a free pass and hasn't be litigated with.

So the new destination is anything that has been regulated already. Funny enough XRP's summary judgment motion has just been filed and should go through by December. Giving some long awaited clarity on this asset.
