Updates on COTI - DOT - VET

May 17, 2022 10:09 AM

Just a short analysis on COTI I try to look at ALTs neutrally since everything really gets hit by those mood swings from BTC.

Fib retracement seems to be hitting the bottom with a wick from July 2021. However, we don't know yet where it will go. Fundamentally, COTI is well put together and the organization continues to deliver what they are doing. (DJED & SHEN updates, for example, to indicate that what happened at LUNA, they responded to). Also keep an eye on the RSI indicator. Oversold hit, which meant in 2021 it went to its top and even surpassed 0.60ct.

To make the trend lines even more transparent & previous price action from 2021.To make the trend lines even more transparent & previous price action from 2021.

I first drew the trend lines from the daily time frame and supplemented them with support & resistance that are close to the current price area. RSI indicator on daily is oversold, just like with COTI, this indicated that he made a run anyway, but only if the conditions are present. As long as BTC is downtrend, we will unfortunately not experience this.

Zooming in on 4H we see the same continuation pattern. Let's see what will happen.

Not trying too clutter this chart too much as you can approach this one on several ways.

Fib channels based of the downtrend seem too align well. This makes possible 'resistance' lines too reveal them selves.

Also we can see the bottom on 2021 Juli, acts as a support right now (recently retested on daily). We don't want too keep scraping off that support layer by layer as it eventually will collaps and fall towards a lower point to once again try and seek support.

RSI indicator on several ALTs including DOT seem oversold.

If you are interested in Polkadot during the bull (when it had peak prices up till 80$

Try DCA your self into this one and use these support levels as DCA buying points.

Also notice the RSI indicators, where i've drawn (W). The W stands for a double bottom before going up. It seems similar as the one in 2021, when we also hit the bottom on the RSI indicator. Just a speculation though.
