Off the back of the most memorable season in Crystal Palace's history with the FA Cup triumph, it felt as if this season could be one that The Eagles really kicked on.

Competing in Europe and beginning with a Community Shield triumph, everything pointed to Palace pushing higher and higher up the table and potentially becoming a team that routinely pushes for Europe.

Instead though, there has been mass exodus, with Marc Guehi leaving and Jean-Philippe Mateta and Oliver Glasner the next two out of the door in the summer.

As a result of so much background noise, it is no surprise that results have been so topsy-turvy but with Palace struggling to score, fans have become frustrated with watching their team's performances.

Eight huge matches in the Premier League and there is a chance The Eagles finish seventh but the main goal with their safety all but secured for next season has to be attempting to win in the Conference League and give Palace fans more memories that will last a lifetime.
