Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte signed a bill Wednesday banning TikTok in the state.

Gianforte tweeted that he has banned TikTok in Montana “to protect Montanans’ personal and private data from the Chinese Communist Party,” officially making it the first state to ban the social media application.
The controversial law marks the furthest step yet by a state government to restrict TikTok over perceived security concerns and comes as some federal lawmakers have called for a national ban of TikTok. But it is expected to be challenged in court.

It's difficult to really implement this regulation. TikTok won't stop offering its services to the state, and they won't be able to persuade any internet service providers to do so.
But I suppose Montana now feels secure against China. Anyway, via their Facebook accounts, here is a tonne of information.
I removed the Facebook app a long time ago, but every now and then I access the mobile website to comment as you are supposed to on a friend's or family member's wedding or birthday post.
Every social media platform appears to have a comparable mobile version. Although it's not as smooth, you can still utilise the platform on your phone even if you delete the app or don't have it.
Simply put, it seems somewhat unattractive, and you have to keep ignoring prompts to install the app every ten seconds.

What do you guys think
