What makes a good post?

A good post has multiple aspects.

Firstly it needs an idea of what to talk about. Maybe it is about a rule in BBS, maybe it is about a behavior you realized in people, maybe it's an issue you or other face.

Once you have this you need to expose this idea. Show the facts and I see many people stop at this saying stuff like did you know that X Y or Z and that it.

That doesn't make a good post at all. It makes a good reminder at best. What you need it to coat the idea or the issue in your own analysis. Say you saw many people say they don't like the tagging rule change. Well maybe you can write saying you saw that people complained, which means they have an issue. The solution could be in that case that everyone needs to start shifting how they post and how they open posts. Maybe your solution is that it is fine, they can just tag less people at a time and it doesn't matter that much. Or it could be that you agree and want to appeal the change.

The more you give arguments or possible solutions the better your post becomes. You may even want to start a poll and call your readers into action, asking them to participate.

You may also want to add pictures or screenshots that help show what you're saying. Maybe you can do a video too.

Now that all of this is done all you need is a striking title and to chose the right channel and you're all set for success!

If you followed all that, re read yourself to make sure you didn't make mistakes then you're good. You changed an reminder into a good post and then made sure the good post became a great post!

I hope that helped
