As you know, before first cashout you need to be whitelisted, but before request you need to have $20 on cashable balance.

Important thing is, THATS NOT ONLY WHAT YOU NEED!

You need to have $20 on CC balance too, to be able request whitelisted. So, have on mind that and dont spend everything :)
