Tagging tutorial updated 3.3.1

Now that we can see little bubbles near the names of people tagging in a specific community has never been so easy. No longer will you have to wonder if that user is or isn't whitelisted in a community also you will never again have the issue of wrongfully tagging a banned user without noticing. 

Let's not forget that you can still only tag a maximum of 5 people per post. The following tags will just not send any notification to anybody.
