Maleficent 3 remains up within the air as Disney has no longer officially showed it. Despite evaluations in 2021 suggesting that a 3rd installment become inside the works. Disney has but to announce any concrete plans. there hasn't been any news that it's miles canceled both so there’s nevertheless preference that Angelina Jolie might return as the long lasting Disney villain.

"Maleficent Mistress of Evil" left few lingering plot threads, because of this the ability 1/3 film might need to create new storylines. In the second one film, Queen Ingrith attempts to wipe out all magical creatures the usage of a deadly poison, and Maleficent sacrifices herself to save Aurora. However, she rises again as a phoenix and saves the day. The film wrapped up most of its major conflicts so a 3rd film would possibly want to introduce new demanding situations and characters.

Angelina Jolie might go back as Maleficent,

Elle Fanning would reprise her function as Aurora.

Sam Riley would probably come back as Diaval, Maleficent's unswerving servant.

Harris Dickinson, who took over the role of Prince Phillip in "Mistress of Evil," would possibly return, now that Aurora and Phillip are married.

Michelle Pfeiffer's Queen Ingrith may return in the event that they find a way to deliver her back from her modern nation as a goat.

Since there hasn't been any confirmation there may be no reliable launch date for "Maleficent 3." If it starts filming soon a overdue 2024 launch might be possible. However Disney would possibly wait till 2025, considering they have already got principal releases scheduled for 2024, along with "Snow White."

I think a third "Maleficent" movie could be a lot of fun, especially if they dive deeper into Maleficent's character and explore new aspects of her world🌍. While the second movie didn't perform as well as the first it still had a strong showing at the box office, which might motivate Disney to continue the series🎬. Angelina Jolie seems passionate about the role, and her portrayal of Maleficent has become iconic. If Disney can come up with a fresh and engaging storyline I believe "Maleficent 3" would be worth the wait⏱️.
