SATIVA β€οΈππIn today's world it seems like everything is public we share our thoughts, feelings, and experiences with the world through social media blogs, and other online platforms While there are many benefits to sharing our lives with others there are also some drawbacks. When we share too much, we can lose our privacy our sense of self, and even our sense of control.
When we share our thoughts and feelings with others we are giving them power over us they can judge us, criticize us or even try to change us. If we want to be truly ourselves, we need to keep some things private.
When we are able to reflect on our thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment, we can learn and grow. We can identify our strengths and weaknesses, and we can make plans for the future.
When we are constantly bombarded with other people's thoughts and opinions, it can be overwhelming We can feel stressed, anxious, and even depressed. If we want to protect our emotional well being we need to carve out some time for privacy.

SATIVA β€οΈππHate is a heavy burden to carry It weighs on your mind, your heart and your soul It can make you feel angry, bitter, and resentful It can make you feel like you're a victim, and that the world is a cruel and unjust place.
But hate is not the answer It doesn't solve anything It only makes things worse. When you hate someone, you're not hurting them. You're only hurting yourself.
So if you're carrying around hate, it's time to let it go. It's time to forgive, to move on, and to find peace. letting go of hate is not easy It takes time, effort, and commitment.
But it's worth it. When you let go of hate, you'll free yourself from a heavy burden and you'll open yourself up to a world of possibilities. So don't wait any longer. Start letting go of hate today.

SATIVA β€οΈππ This is one of the hardest life lessons to learn, but also one of the most important you cannot force someone to make you a priority in their life if they do not want to,you cannot force someone to love you and commit to you if that is not what they desire.
As painful as it is, you have to accept that you are not in control of others and you cannot make them want something they do not. The only thing you can control is your reaction. You have two choices:
- Chase and beg them to be in your life. Shower them with attention, gifts, favors, and affection in the hopes that they will come around and want you. But this never works and only results in you feeling powerless and like you have to earn their love.
- Accept that that they do not want what you want. Pull back your attention and affection and instead, redirect it to yourself. Focus on your own growth and purpose. Do not waste time chasing people who do not want you. The right people will see you becoming a better you and will want to chase you.
You deserve someone who will make the effort because they truly want you, not because they feel obligated or guilty. Do not settle for less than that. Have confidence in yourself, keep improving yourself, and the right person will come along who will give you what you deserve because they want to.Apr 28, 2023
SATIVA β€οΈππ As humans, we crave constant progress and productivity. But we must realize that rest is also vital for success and well being Working nonstop reduces focus, creativity, and health. Take breaks to recharge your productivity and performance will soar.
Taking regular breaks is essential for productivity, performance, health, and achieving goals. Breaks give us permission to step away from work and do something for ourselves, whether it be walking, meditating, or light activity
Breaks refresh the mind and body, reducing stress and improving success. Constant working without breaks reduces productivity and creativity, while taking breaks helps maintain high performance and improves focus.
They sustain energy and progress instead of depleting them, so don't see breaks as unproductive or lazy. Taking breaks is important for our well being and mental health, so prioritize it in order to boost success in the long run.

SATIVA β€οΈππLife is filled with distractions, obligations, expectations, and things that continually demand our attention and energy. It is easy to get caught up in thebusyness and allow our lives to become cluttered with things that do not really matter.
Sometimes we need to do a purge We need to let it all go and see what stays release the excess baggage and tighten your hold only on the things that are truly meaningful to you. Pare down your commitments and obligations
Letting go is a gift you give yourself. It's a chance to start fresh, reassess your priorities, and refocus your life on what really matters to you Have courage to shed the excess noise, clutter, and baggage in your life. Make room for peace, purpose, and joy.
