His offense is faster, more creative, and built to thrive in today’s college football landscape, yet it’s grounded in the same values that made Alabama a dynasty in the first place: preparation, toughness, and pride. Also known as, "The Process."

Every coach who follows a legend faces the same challenge: proving they belong without losing what came before.
