Trailing in the fourth, Caleb Williams ignited a comeback, securing a gritty victory with a crucial late touchdown. The Chicago Bears keep battling.

It wasn't the cleanest of wins, but man, the Chicago Bears just keep finding ways to win games in the NFL and it's exciting to see.

It started with an eight-yard rushing touchdown from Kyle Monangai, giving the Bears an early 7-0 lead in the first quarter. Chicago was then held scoreless in the second quarter by the New York Giants, who put up 10 points for a 10-7 halftime lead.

The Giants went up 17-7 after a 24-yard touchdown rush from quarterback Jaxson Dart. Chicago nearly didn't score any points in the third quarter, but a 22-yard field goal from Cairo Santos changed that, as Chicago went into the fourth quarter down 17-10.

A true momentum-changing play by the Chicago defense set up the field goal. Dart ran for seven yards before he was hit and lost a fumble. Dart exited the game with a concussion.

That's when everything changed for Chicago.

A field goal from Younghoe Koo made it 20-10, but that would be the last time New York would score points for the rest of the game.

The Bears scored twice in the final seven minutes of the game to secure a 24-20 win.

The first touchdown came from a two-yard touchdown pass from Caleb Williams to Rome Odunze. Odunze had a country mile of space between him and the nearest defender.

Chicago then forced New York to punt on its following possession to get the ball back with 3:01 left. The Bears stopped the Giants at their own 38-yard line, and punter Jamie Gillan had it go off the side of his foot, as it only went 26 yards and bounced out of bounds at the Chicago 46-yard line.

Williams and the offense then marched down inside the Giants' 20-yard line before making the play of the game. Williams took it himself for a 17-yard touchdown to for Chicago's first lead since the first quarter.

Giants' backup quarterback Russell Wilson kept the ball for six plays before turning the ball over on downs, as the Bears improved to 6-3.

While it wasn't a perfect win, the Bears just keep finding ways to do so. It took until the fourth quarter before the offense finally woke up, but it was better late than never for Chicago.

The Bears go on the road again next Sunday, taking on divisional foe the Minnesota Vikings. Chicago lost its first meeting with Minnesota, 27-24, in Week 1.
