Historically, the Republican Party has stood for smaller federal government and regulation that promotes innovation; the Democrats, the opposite.

It took a lawsuit in the late 90's, Bernstein v US to enable encryption to be removed from the ammunitions list in the US, which the Democratic leadership at the time was using to prohibit the export of the technology.

To think the same party would reverse all actions because of the introduction of Kamala Harris into the mix is to ignore the history of their treatment of encryption, a vital aspect to Bitcoin and digital assets. #Bitcoin
