Sometimes it happens you don't get the idea regarding what to post.  When i fint it difficult to post something i just read the post of members. 

Members just read the post of others and you will actually find it good. You will gather information. By reading  other members post you will also get idea about what content should be post and you will be able to think much better . 

So dont be in a rush to post. Reading is also beneficial. Let me know what you guys do when you dont know what to post?
