What do you think is more important when creating quality or quantity posts?

The quality of the content comes first. Quality is more valuable than providing content on a set, high-frequency schedule. In terms of importance, quantity is a close runner-up. But you shouldn't sacrifice quality just because your content calendar or your target says that you must publish a post every day in order to earn cashable.  

Can you have quality and quantity?

Indeed you can have quality or quantity but you can't have both. So if you want more, the quality is always going to slide.
