Was good to see two members of admin engaging with Metabbs members in the live chat earlier. This variety of engagement alleviates doubt from pessimistic members, fearing their platform is being neglected. The presence of a hierarchy makes rules feel more real. By interacting in this way, admins offer comfort to anxious BBS users. I fear that when large periods of time elapse without communication of this kind (in ANY project or venture), the typical member believes they have been abandoned by the project. Fortunately, this is not the case here.
