Here I came with 2 questions : 

1. What’s the strategy of the head if growth fir growing up the platform?

 2. How will head of growth, R&D and data analytics collaborate to grow up the platform? 

I asked this because I see we have a team and especially a Head of Growth. This should help the platform to move better and better in the growhing way, so I get curious if there is a plan/strategy for this.
