"I might have posted it as a comment in the discussion post but I want to get opinions from all members."

I have a suggestion that there should be a limit of posts per day for non partnered ones. If only the quality is concerned then it will work .

        Let me explain I have noticed more posts a day by non partenerd keep on decreasing the posts quality as the topics are limited then they try to make a post on even a single and non concerned thing.

        For partnered it's not an issue as they are someones who cares about the quality not quantity as I have seen there are no partenerd as actively postings. 

             Mine main concern of this post is as I have seen  everyone including mods asks about the quality. So if they want to control fully meaningless posts then there should be a controlled posts per day but for only non partenerd. 

         I know it's against Decentralization but it's also a way to control post quality. And many will disagree with me but I  request them to please read the post with full intention. But also your suggestions will be welcomed.
