My biggest concern about the reset is scrutiny towards members who like myself are away on holiday. During the year, members of the network share duality with real-life responsibilities and have time away from work. How will the the moderators and key decision makers view this pattern of behavior? I hope they are more level-headed than panic stricken board members who sometimes over-exaggerate responses towards such normalities.
