It is a simple exercise to find out how much partners make. Go to their profile count the number of times they've posted in a week and then check their ad server payments. Some of the ad server payments will be for older posts but it will give you a rough idea of their earnings.

I did this for the last week for a few of the people who are on the partner list. Just chosen from the latest posters. These were just rough manual counts and I counted only $1 per ad server payment. They vary some of them are e.g. $1.02 or $1.04 depending on the CPM. For the purposes of this "back of the napkin" calculation it's not important because there will be 10% tax and then fees to withdraw so let's just round to $1. 

JA posted 30 times and earned $20

TO posted 9 times and earned $5

CV posted 27 times and earned $23

NS posted 24 times and earned $13

C posted 13 times and earned $11

W posted 3 times and earned $4

That's an average of about $0.72 per post. Let is say a post takes 15 minutes to create. That's a conservative estimate because I'm sure some take a lot longer and not many would take less when you factor in the time to get images and type in the post or record a video. Then that's equivalent of $2.87 for an hour's work. 

And we're not even counting the time the active people who are partners put in to comment and interact with others.
