I think it is High time to reduce the time between comments

if you are not reducing the overall time the you should at least remove the timer on PUBLISHER'S own post so he can easily reply to comments on his own post it would not have anything to do with impression time

it should remain when you are commenting on other's post i am cool with that because otherwise it won't leave an impression.
