So let's start with saying that this Good Morning, Good Night, My target, My impression count is not the future of BBS close to 90% posts are just about all these above mentioned topics. Which is bad, really bad The main problem though is that people think they are making BBS a better place by doing this but frankly speaking they are not. You think posting 100 of posts each day non-stop is what BBS wants but its really notBBS is a web3 vertion of Reddit and people are confusing it for apps like Facebook and Instagram and just posting random shits and thinking they are bringing value to the network but frankly speaking this all is bull shit and this needs to stop People need to understand what is the motive of the network and why is it built. Reddit is a place where people go to get information or have discussion about some or the other topics. There's no money involved still people are there talking and discussion relevant topics and BBS is trying to be the same with giving monetary benefits to it's users as well . Just imagine how big this can be The current small boards : The Future of BBS The system of BBS is as such that it has a very less chances that it will fail but people need to really understand what BBS is trying to do Small boards currently have numerous topics you can discuss about, there are boards where you can post and discuss about Movies, Sports, Gaming, daily activities, positivity, and much more . These are never ending topics Just Remember:The better and bigger the small boards become the better and bigger BBS will. But everyone just keeps spamming shits in metaBBS just because it gives such high CPMs then soon this cash cow will not be here for you. Imagine how early you are here and don't just get after cashables but help build the platform Just a data from Reddit Biggest Movie board - 28+Million users Biggest Sports board - 20+Million usersBiggest Gaming board - 30+ Million usersBiggest positivity board - 120k usersImagine being on these when they just had 100-200 members and adding what reputation you can build by being early users in these boards now. The reduction in CPM rate from 150 to 50 is bound to draw complaints from some people.My question to those who complain is what is their target? Is it to get cashables or to get BBS tokens.The CPM rate reduction to 50 has reduced the cashables we get from posting to 1/3.But the exchange rate when we cash out has gone from around 7.5 BBS per cashable to more than 30 BBS.We can say that the exchange rate has gone up by roughly 4X. This is in line with the price of BBS tokens that has fallen from around $0.14 to around $0.0324 X 1/3 = 4/3Ie. the rate that we can get BBS tokens has increased by 33% compared to the time when the BBS token was officially launched.At that time the exchange rate was reduced from the prelaunch rate of 30 BBS to the flexible rate based on the market price of BBS tokens.Now that the price of BBS has fallen so much that the exchange rate is higher than artificially high prelaunch rate of 30 it is not sustainable to maintain a CPM of 150.BBS was an infant social media platform and so the exchange rate was set at 30 in order to attract people to join BBS.As BBS grows, the combination of both high CPM and high exchange rate is not feasible.When the price of BBS tokens recovers, we can be sure that the CPM rate will be revised.UPDATE To The AboveWhen 🦋 last checked the exchange rate for BBS tokens has increased further to 42 BBS tokens per cashable42/7.5 X 1/3 = 1.888Ie .we are now getting almost 89% more BBS tokens per impression than what we were getting in March or April 2022We are getting so much more BBS tokens per impression because of the low current price of BBS tokens which necessitates the reduction in CPM rate.Otherwise we will be getting 286% more tokens per impression than a few months ago.Think of the capital gain we reap if one day the price of BBS goes back up to $0.14STOP COMPLAINING and rejoice instead🦋🦋🦋🦋Point #2Another important point that 🦋 want to mention that a CPM rate of 50 is fairer to the majority of BBS communities.The CPM rate for most of the BBS communities is just 5.They are at such a great disadvantage compared to the few communities with a CPM rate that is 30X higher.Reducing the CPM rate to 50 will allow the smaller BBS communities to compete against the established communities.This is important if we want to have more BBS boards to be set up. A more even playing field will attract users to try to set up new BBS boards.This will be good for the long term growth of the BBS platform.🦋🦋🦋🦋Point #3Based on the Tokenomics of BBS tokens, there is a limited number of BBS tokens for Engagement Mining.Giving out the tokens quickly now will reduce the amount of tokens that can be given in the future.We do not want to quickly run out of tokens.The amount of BBS tokens available for Engagement Mining is limited just like the amount of Bitcoin that can be mined is limited.Roughly every 4 years, Bitcoin has a
