Can we post the same post on other groups?

Because I see many members do that, I see the same post in another group and almost posted at the same time, I dont know is this bad or not!

Can someone tell me because I'm a new member and I'm learning things around here and I'm trying my best to fit to community and "bbs" without mistakes!
