Before the reset there were terms like whitelisted and non whitelisted members and now there are terms like partnered members and non partnered members 

The difference between non partnered and non whitelisted member is huge is a way that non partnered members don't receive any income or ad server payment but non whitelisted members used to get them 

Now all the impression income of the non partnered members go straight to the admin 

Am I right? 

And if I am then Isn't it profitable for admin to have less partnered members?
